Meet the Team

Collin is the founder of LaserSD, a laser cleaning company focused on delivering high-precision surface restoration solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

With a background in biotech and nearly a decade in client-focused financial services, Collin brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and customer-first thinking to the surface restoration space.

Prior to launching LaserSD, Collin spent over eight years in the mortgage industry, helping hundreds of families secure home financing in the San Diego area. Earlier in his career, he managed a production team at Baxter International, manufacturing life-saving proteins for trauma patients and burn victims. He also contributed to neuroscience research at Oregon Health & Science University, with a focus on Alzheimer’s disease. Collin holds a BA in Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience from Pitzer College.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, lacrosse, time at the beach, and investing — but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife, Rebekah, and their two kids, Madelyn and Weston.
