6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect and protect the privacy of our clients and employees by safeguarding personal and confidential information. We comply with all data protection laws and best practices when handling sensitive information. Employees and contractors must not disclose company or client information to unauthorized parties.

7. Workplace Conduct

Employees and contractors must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The use of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment while conducting business is strictly prohibited. We encourage open communication and constructive feedback while maintaining professionalism.

8. Contractor Responsibilities

LaserSD works with independent contractors who must adhere to the following guidelines while representing our company:

Adherence to Safety Protocols: Contractors must follow all safety regulations and use protective equipment while performing laser cleaning services. Professional Representation: Contractors must act professionally and ethically when engaging with clients on behalf of LaserSD. Punctuality & Reliability: Contractors are expected to arrive on time, complete work as scheduled, and communicate promptly if delays arise. Confidentiality Agreement: Contractors must not share proprietary information about LaserSD, its clients, or its operations with any third parties. Equipment Care: Contractors must use LaserSD’s equipment responsibly and report any damages or malfunctions immediately. Compliance with Laws: Contractors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their work.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of contract work with LaserSD.

9. Social Media Guidelines

LaserSD recognizes the power of social media as a communication tool, but employees and contractors must adhere to the following guidelines when posting about the company or its services:

Respectful Communication: Do not post discriminatory, offensive, or defamatory content about LaserSD, its employees, customers, or competitors. Confidentiality: Do not share sensitive company or client information on social media platforms. Personal Opinions vs. Company Representation: If making statements about LaserSD, clarify whether you are speaking as an individual or as a company representative. Use of Company Branding: Employees and contractors must obtain permission before using the LaserSD name, logo, or branding materials in posts. Addressing Complaints: If you receive negative feedback about LaserSD on social media, report it to management instead of engaging in public disputes.

Violations of the Social Media Guidelines may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, or legal consequences.

10. Reporting Violations

Any violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to management immediately. Reports will be treated confidentially, and retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include disciplinary measures or termination of services.

11. Amendments & Acknowledgment

This Code of Conduct may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements. By using our services or working with LaserSD, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
