1. Laser Cleaning Operations
Operate and control laser cleaning equipment for different surfaces (metal, stone, wood, etc.).Adjust laser settings based on material type, thickness, and cleaning requirements. Ensure consistent and high-quality results while minimizing surface damage.
Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to determine the best approach. Identify rust, oxidation, coatings, or contaminants that need removal. Perform test runs on small areas to ensure optimal laser settings.
Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and expectations. Explain the benefits of laser cleaning over traditional methods (sandblasting, chemicals, etc.).Document work processes, settings, and completed jobs for quality control and reporting.
5. Mobility & On-Site Work
Travel to client locations (industrial sites, auto shops, restoration projects, etc.).Set up and adjust portable laser cleaning systems for field operations. Work in various environments, including factories, workshops, and historical sites.
